About Tim Scott
Tim Scott's first appearance with Musical Theater Heritage was in 2005 when he performed in MTH's first full-book musical, Carousel, and ever since then Tim has certainly become one of the family. He has performed in over 10 productions with MTH, some of his favorites include Pajama Game, Bernstein’s Broadway, and most recently EVITA. Additionally, Tim has served as co-producer and Emcee for MTH’s critically acclaimed Musical Mondays for the past 3 years.

A two time “Best of Pitch” Award winner Tim’s local credits include stints at The American Heartland, The Coterie Theatre, Starlight Theatre, The Unicorn Theatre, and Quality Hill Playhouse. Tim’s contributions at Kauffman Stadium, as the Official Emcee for the Kansas City Royals over the past 4 years, have garnered national attention by Yahoo Sports, MSNBC, “Inside Edition”, and a front page feature in The Kansas City Star Magazine.

Tim has been seen on national commercials and has served as a spokesperson both regionally and nationally for The Golf Stop, Branders.com, Freedom Cycles, and Advanced Powersports. Additionally, Tim has emceed national events for Sprint, The YMCA, The National Green Center, and produced and/or emceed events for The Coterie Theatre, Musical Theatre Heritage, and the Kansas City Royals Awards Night.

In March, 2012 Tim will reprise his role as the WOLF in Lucky Duck in the Off-Broadway premiere at The New Victory Theatre on 42nd St in NYC. He strives everyday to measure up to the performance standard left behind by his dear friend and partner in crime, Karen Errington.
